Summary

We are looking for an organised and proactive

Renewable Support Administrator

to support our growing Renewable Energy team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in contributing to the success of sustainable energy solutions.

Working Hours - 08.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday (37.5 Hours)

Salary - 28,000 - 30,000 per annum

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Renewable Energy department Process project paperwork, including MCS installation documents, compliance forms, and warranties Schedule and coordinate appointments for surveys, installations, and maintenance visits Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using internal systems Liaise with customers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and timely updates Assist with compiling reports and documentation for regulatory and funding purposes Monitor and manage departmental inboxes, responding to enquiries or escalating where necessary Support invoice processing, purchase orders, and stock management administration Ensure all compliance and health & safety documentation is recorded correctly

Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in renewable energy or construction preferred but not essential) Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office A team player who is proactive and keen to learn Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
