We are looking for intelligent, motivated and driven sales executives to join our expanding team to cover areas around Hatfield



In the role, you will be responsible for guiding and advising homeowners on the considerable benefits of air source heat pumps and solar PV battery systems. offering them equipment from some of the biggest household names in the world.

You will work directly with the Managing director and the CEO, You will be encouraged from day one to think on your feet, adapt and find successful practices. You will receive support as well as ongoing training from across the organisation to give you all the information and knowledge needed to be successful.

The role is offered under a self-employed basis with the potential to land you exceptional levels of commission. If proven successful in the role and you're keen to progress into management positions, we also have career progression pathways for those that want to grow with us.

The ideal candidate would have the following desired attributes:

A self-starter happy to work individually, with plenty of motivation, as well as with the wider team to support clients and the overall business objectives. Ability to engage confidently with people at all levels and from all walks of life. A positive demeanour, being amicable and empathetic are all traits that will serve you well. A confident communicator with problem solving for the customer at heart of your approach. Resourceful and always willing to learn, you will be driven, professional and always have the best interests of the business and clients in mind.
You will have:

Experience - is necessary, being a people person is a must! A proven track record of closing business in previous roles is advantageous. A high level/exceptional understanding of figures, monetary values and the ability to apply them on a day-to-day basis. You would ideally have dealt with clients in a regular and face to face setting. You will need a reliable car and a valid driving license. You will need a laptop and have experience with MS Office applications.
