Summary

We're looking for a proactive and experienced

Operations Manager

to lead and optimise our

solar and renewable energy installation operations

, with a clear focus on

customer satisfaction

and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing the end-to-end

installation process

of solar and renewable systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Managing and developing field and office-based teams including

installers, engineers, and customer support staff

. Ensuring

excellent customer experience

, from initial enquiry through to post-installation support. Monitoring and improving KPIs across installation, customer service, and compliance. Collaborating with sales, technical, and finance teams to streamline operations and resolve issues promptly. Ensuring all health & safety, quality assurance, and industry standards are met or exceeded.
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in an operations management role within

solar, renewables, or construction/technical services

. Strong people management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. A customer-first mindset with a passion for

continuous improvement

. Knowledge of renewable energy systems, especially

solar PV

, battery storage, and/or heat pumps. Comfortable using project management tools and CRM systems to manage workflows. Full UK driving licence.
