We have installed thousands of renewable heating systems, MVHR and air conditioning since 2009 and our service and maintenance customer base is now at the point where we need another experienced engineer to join our team.

Role Description
The Service Engineer will be responsible for supporting residential, commercial and public sector customers with annual service and maintenance plans across a range of brands including Mitsubishi, Maxa, Volta, Samsung, Viessmann, Panasonic. You will provide diagnostic support across a range of air and ground source manufacturers and provide replacement parts, technical support, service and repair support to our end users. You will deliver an exceptional service and manage the reputation of our service brand. You will ensure work is carried out in accordance with quality and safety standards and adhere to manufacturers' guidelines.

Ideally you will have:
A minimum of 5 years domestic experience of plumbing heating systems, including heat pumps.
G3 Unvented sign off, WRAS & NVQ.
FGas registered (not essential)
Gas safe registered (not essential).
Driving Licence (essential).
Experience in troubleshooting, technical support, maintenance, and repair.
Prior experience in the renewable energy sector is desirable.
Technical certifications such as Level 3 Level 3 Plumbing & Heating, BPEC, G3, HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is desired
You will be responsible for:
Delivering annual services to air & ground source systems across Devon, Cornwall, Dorset and Somerset and occasionally further afield.
. Delivering A2A service and repairs if FGas qualified.
Identifying and raising further work to avoid repeat incidents and failure of heat pumps.
Respond to reactive call outs.
Maintain accurate job reports on time for effective financial management.
Ensure all products are compliant with their regulatory body requirement and manufacturer guidelines.
Complete all work to safety standards on time and within budget.
A willingness to undertake the necessary training would be expected, and appropriate support and development will be provided.
