We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Renewables Sales Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth operations within our Home Energy Scotland / ECO 4 and private projects. This role involves engaging with new and existing Customers, updating CRM system, booking appointments, processing customer paperwork, handling compliance tasks, maintaining records, and coordinating schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing duties ( outgoing and capable of engaging with customers)
- Competent in MS Office
- Liaising with Directors and Sales Manager on KPI`s
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance throughout the office.
- Process customer paperwork including creating files, quotations, updating CRM
- Certification and Compliance:
- Issue MCS Certificates for each job.
- Coordinate with the Distribution Network Operator (DNO) for new installs.
- Document Management:
- Upload completed documentation and invoices.
- Track and update the status of planned and completed works.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the Renewable/Eco4 energy sector.
- Experience of CRM ( Pipedrive desirable)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of compliance and certification processes in the energy sector is a plus.
