Summary

We're looking for a

Renewals & Retentions Advisor

to join our supportive team. In this role, you'll play an important part in building lasting relationships with our clients, making sure they feel valued, understood and confident about their choices. By offering thoughtful advice and exceptional service, you'll help our clients stay protected and supported throughout their journey with us.

Responsibilities

Take the time to listen to and understand clients' needs, ensuring they feel heard and supported. Provide clear and tailored insurance solutions that fit each client's personal situation. Communicate with empathy and professionalism when handling queries or concerns. Keep accurate records and use insights to better serve our clients. Recommend additional cover options that may benefit clients, in a way that feels supportive rather than pushy. Handle phone conversations with warmth, clarity and confidence. Work closely with your colleagues to share ideas and improve how we support our clients. Keep up to date with the latest products and industry insights, so your advice is always relevant and informed. Help resolve any issues smoothly and with care.
Qualifications

Experience in customer service or advisory roles (insurance background helpful but not essential). Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to build trust. A confident and professional phone manner. Ability to recognise client needs and suggest solutions that genuinely fit. Experience in recommending additional products or services is a bonus. Attention to detail to ensure accurate information and records. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a genuine focus on people and relationships.
