About the role

The Renewal Manager is a high-impact position, where you will be responsible for owning and executing renewals for Growth customers of HiBob. You will resolve a wide range of challenges in creative ways and will proactively renew customer contracts, identifying risks and opportunities, looping in the CSMs to start meaningful conversations.

You will ensure maximum financial results for HiBob while strengthening partnerships with existing customers, and create strong working relationships with CSMs, RevOps, AMs, Commercial desk and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve financial and strategic revenue targets
  • Own and execute win/win negotiation strategies for renewals that maximise contract value while protecting and enhancing customer trust and satisfaction
  • Accurately maintain a rolling forecast and communicate any renewal risk or upsell opportunity to internal resources to develop resolution strategies
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, MIS, Legal and Finance teams
  • Follow and initiate best practices for all internal processes including, Opportunity Management, Data Quality & Accuracy, CRM Hygiene, Quotes and Forecasting
  • Evaluate client portfolio to prioritise time to render the most favourable outcomes
  • Leverage customer data and behaviour to assess the health of each renewals
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in sales, SDR/BDR, account management, customer success, or other customer-facing roles for a B2B startup and SaaS hyper-growth company
  • Strong negotiation and business skills with process management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience interacting with customers and discussing value propositions
  • Initiative, responsibility and ownership of internal communication and cross-functional processes
  • Positive, proactive, can-do attitude with a customer-first mindset while keeping the best interest of Hibob intact
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational and prioritisation abilities, ability to manage a pipeline of renewals
  • Ability to ensure clear communication to all stakeholders and accurate proposals that reflect the appropriate solutions and pricing
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the drive to find answers to complex problems and translate data into business insights
  • High competency in Salesforce, Dealhub (or similar), and Excel. Advantage: ChurnZero (or similar)
