The Role
We're now expanding our
Renewals and Retentions Channel,
and this is your chance to be part of it from the ground up.
As a
Renewals Agent
, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers stay with FFB year after year. You'll be responsible for managing existing client portfolios, building trust, reviewing contract end dates, and providing best-value renewal offers.
This role is ideal for someone who's commercially sharp, customer-obsessed, and driven by both retention and reward.
Key Responsibilities
Build rapport and trust with prospects, understanding their needs and challenges.
Manage and convert warm leads generated through FFB campaigns and referral partners.
Present tailored energy and efficiency proposals that deliver measurable value.
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
