About You and The Role:
We are looking for someone who passionate and hardworking, who isn't afraid to be themselves. You will be working in partnership with all other members of the Sales and Account Management team as well as your renewals manager. You will play a crucial role in selling and enhancing our renewals products, dealing with direct sales and implementing plans to increase renewals sales for YGP.
There will be a daily focus on selling contracts, and also on managing renewals admin. Supporting the account managers and their renewals relationship to drive the most sales for the business.
The ability to work quickly and efficiently will be essential for the role as tasks can vary on a day-to-day basis. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, as you will be liaising with YGP's Partners on behalf of Account Managers, YGP's Commercial team and YGP's operations teams.
We will provide constant learning and development delivered by our in-house experts.
Duties:
Producing renewals reports from data exported from our CRM system.
Sell direct YGP renewals
Sell out of contract YGP renewals
Support the account managers with their partners renewals
produce datasets to provide to the partners
Working on contracting, validation and managing our CRM system and shared mailboxes
Provide insight and support to YGP sales team on products, quotes, internal performance and create actions for the team around renewals
Drive improvements and change within the team in order to improve efficiencies, quality and performance
Assisting the whole sales team with any questions or queries regarding renewals
What else?
Knowledge of the energy industry is beneficial but not essential;
Excellent verbal and written skills;
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook;
Excellent problem solver and a logical thinker;
Accuracy and attention to detail
