Tudors Group is looking for a full-time, experienced and energetic individual to fill the position of

renovator

. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a hands on approach.

Candidate requirements:

Access to a vehicle during working hours - mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile. Access to a mobile phone with camera and data during working hours. Access to the Basic Tool Kit (as instructed by employer)

Duties include (but are not limited to):

Assist in renovations and repair; demolition, restorer, construction First and secondary fix works; wall studding, framing and joists, plastering etc. Complete minor repairs such as replacing ceiling tiles, filters, light bulbs, patching vinyl, painting, repairs to pipe lines, toilets, sinks, kitchen and laundry equipment etc. Ensure the security of inventory and assets such as tools, supplies, equipment, furniture, electronics etc. Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times Take action to solve problems and/or complaints and use established guidelines for communication during the renovation process. Proactive and Reactive general maintenance

We are looking for a candidate who:

Has a minimum one year experience with building maintenance, construction and/or renovations Has excellent communication skills; understand both oral and written instructions in English. Has a professional appearance and conduct at all times, with colleagues and customers. Has minimum one year experience with building maintenance, construction and/or renovations Is able to multitask, prioritize and juggle work orders including last minute requests. Is physically fit, able to lift and carry loads exceeding 25lbs. Is a positive team player attitude and a strong willingness to learn and help Is able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and bank holidays.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
