About the Role:
Were looking for a highly organised and sales-focused Rental Agent to join our team. In this role, youll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our rental fleet, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained while supporting customers with their mobility needs. You'll play a key part in driving profitability, controlling operational costs, and delivering a first-class rental experience.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and can work collaboratively with our aftersales department to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the rental fleet, ensuring all vehicles meet company standards.
Process rental contracts accurately and efficiently.
Identify opportunities to support customer mobility needs and upsell where appropriate.
Maximise rental profitability and maintain control over running costs.
Implement and maintain robust processes to protect company assets and interests.
Collaborate closely with the aftersales department to support effective fleet management.
Advise on the most cost-effective and operationally efficient fleet mix.
Handle daily administrative tasks, including maintaining up-to-date customer payments.
What Were Looking For:
Experience in vehicle rental is a bonus, but we welcome candidates with transferable skills from other industries (e.g., retail, hospitality, logistics, or sales).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
A proactive, sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Ability to build strong working relationships across departments, particularly with aftersales teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
