Job Overview

At drivalia Oxford we are seeking a motivated and skilled Rental Agent/Driver to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong skills in customer service, problem solving and sales. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating the rental process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the fleet of vehicles. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Duties

Assist customers with their rental needs, providing information on vehicle options and rental terms. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after rentals to ensure they are in good condition. Manage the paperwork associated with vehicle rentals, including contracts and payment processing. Drive vehicles to and from locations as needed. Maintain an organized inventory of rental vehicles, ensuring all units are clean and ready for customer use. Collaborate with team members to optimise the rental process and enhance customer service experiences. Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Experience

Previous experience at a car rental company/ sales is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Customer service experience required Full Manual and Automatic drivers license Full rights to work in UK
