Week 1: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30
Week 2: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Job Role:
This is a varied role, working within a small rental team the main duties include:
Dealing with customer enquiries in a professional manner at the rental desk, via telephone and email
Liaising with the Logistics departments to ensure efficient vehicle movements
Supporting customers through the vehicle rental process from enquiry to collection/hire
Presenting and relocating vehicles for hire/off-hire
Operate and navigate internal computer systems along with Microsoft Word and Excel for creating documents and spreadsheets
Administering the Company fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are legally compliant
Ensuring statutory legal industry standard inspections are carried out
Accurate creation and arranging of company damage recharges in a pro-active manner
Essential requirements
:
A minimum of 2 years' experience, in a fast-paced administrative role
Current UK Drivers Licence
Confidence to move and drive a variety of commercial vehicles within a busy dealership yard
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a diary effectively
Customer focused with a pleasant disposition, friendly and approachable manner
Strong computer literacy, including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proven ability to work methodically, with excellent attention to detail
Desirable:
Previous experience within the automotive industry/vehicle rental
