Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Repair Technician to join our team at Eternal Lake Nature Reserve. In this role, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and servicing of various Osmio water filtration and hydrogen products, including Osmio Reverse Osmosis Water Filter Systems, Osmio Hydrogen Water Bottles, and Hydrogen Gas Inhalation Machines. You will work directly onsite to ensure that customers receive high-quality, efficient service and that all equipment is maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on Osmio Reverse Osmosis Water Filter Systems, Osmio Hydrogen Water Bottles, and Hydrogen Gas Inhalation Machines. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for the systems. Provide technical support to customers, answering questions and offering guidance on equipment usage. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent on each task. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing repairs and maintenance. Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, and order additional supplies as needed. Collaborate with the customer service team to schedule repairs and provide updates on service progress. Stay updated with the latest developments and technical information on Osmio products.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a repair technician, preferably with water filtration or hydrogen technology systems. Technical knowledge of reverse osmosis, hydrogen water systems, or similar equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and fix mechanical, electrical, and technical issues. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement in the field.

Qualifications:

Technical diploma or certification in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical or electrical engineering). Previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of Osmio products or other water filtration systems is an advantage. Full UK driving license.
