Centrepoint, the UK's leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Repairs Co-ordinator to join our Property Management team based in London.


About us



We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037.


Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people each year.


This position forms an integral part of our dynamic and fast-paced Property Maintenance team, which is responsible for delivering responsive repairs, void works, statutory compliance, and planned maintenance across our nationwide property portfolio. Key responsibilities include providing dedicated support to both the responsive repairs and planned maintenance functions. On occasion, you will also assist the compliance team and contribute to void-related services as required. Acting as the initial point of contact for internal colleagues and third-party landlords, and external contractors, you will be tasked with raising work orders, coordinating appointments, and delivering comprehensive administrative support to ensure the seamless provision of high-quality property services.


Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model. The current requirement is a minimum of two days in the office per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. From 1 July 2025, this will increase to a minimum of 50% of your working week. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (e.g., two days one week and three days the next). For colleagues on different contracts (including part-time or compressed contracts) this will be adjusted accordingly.

What you'll be doing




Upholding high standards of service delivery across all buildings. Acting as the main liaison for colleagues, contractors and third-party landlords. Ensuring accurate documentation and timely scheduling of maintenance activities. Supporting the responsive repairs and planned maintenance teams with administrative coordination. Assisting the compliance team and contributing to void property services as needed
