Your Role

As a key member of our repairs team, you'll be the central point of contact for scheduling maintenance appointments and coordinating our mobile workforce. You'll help ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard, keeping both residents and operatives informed every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the scheduling system for our mobile workforce. Liaise with clients, residents, and operatives to ensure timely repairs. Maintain accurate records and generate reports using digital systems. Reschedule appointments when needed and communicate changes to residents. Support supervisors and managers with updates on work quality and team performance. Collaborate with colleagues to improve operational effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent administrative and organisational abilities. A customer-first mindset with great communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role (Construction Industry, Local Authority, or similar). Familiarity with basic roofing terminology is a plus--but not essential. Full training is provided

Pay: 28,500.00-30,000.00 per year
