Key Responsibilities

Managing calls from clients, residents and operatives Scheduling of in house surveyors and operatives' diaries Planning repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative(s) Liaising with in house surveyors, operatives, subcontractors, tenants and clients to ensure smooth transition of each job Document Control - Ensuring quotes, worksheets and compliance information is received, checked and sent on to relevant parties Work towards individual and client KPI's Tracking and monitoring jobs through to completion and invoicing with accounts team

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a repairs Planner/Scheduler role within the construction industry. Social Housing preferable but not essential. Previous experience dealing with subcontractors and clients. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment. Knowledge of construction processes or terminology is an advantage. A proactive, problem-solving attitude and team-oriented mindset.
