The Role

Eastlight Community Homes is seeking a

Repairs Scheduler

to join us as a vital part of our Home Solutions Team!



In this role, your expertise will be crucial in organising, coordinating, and ensuring the swift completion of repair and maintenance tasks, enhancing the quality of services we offer to our housing community. You will maintain accurate records of repair requests and progress using specialised software, track operative diaries, and ensure repairs are completed on time, aiming for first-time fixes. The role involves providing excellent customer service through regular communication with residents about repair schedules and collaborating with senior staff to improve scheduling processes and overall efficiency.



As a Repairs Scheduler, you'll play a critical role in our ongoing commitment to improving the living conditions for our residents, ensuring their homes are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

This position operates from Monday to Friday, with work hours set from 7:45 am to 4:15 pm

29,492 annual base salary

Permanent, Full-Time contract
