Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced

Repairs & Maintenance Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day operations across a range of projects in North and East London.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of operatives carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works Schedule and monitor work to ensure timely and quality completion Carry out site visits and inspections to ensure health & safety compliance and work standards Liaise with tenants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently Maintain accurate records and reports on completed works and team performance Support continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous supervisory experience in property repairs and maintenance Strong understanding of health & safety regulations Excellent organisational and communication skills Full UK driving licence
