  • Annual salary of \xc2\xa336,807 (FTE)
  • Permanent role
  • Full-time (39 hours), part-time and flexible working patterns available \xe2\x80\x93 (Monday-Thursday - 8:00AM-16:30PM & Fridays 8:00AM-15:30PM)
  • Oldham office base, agile working

The role For this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of operatives/technicians to ensure repairs and maintenance & void works are carried out safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction. You will ensure the services we deliver are centred around customers and that we deliver an efficient and quality service, whilst demonstrating our values and being a fair, open and approachable leader, who is a strong communicator and can motivate the team to perform. The role will include quality checking completed work therefore, an eye for detail will be required, as well as a desire to ensure that repairs are completed to the highest standard. The right fit
  • Enthusiastic, forward thinking, results driven leader
  • Track record of supervising teams is preferred
  • Knowledge of Housing Management Systems
  • Knowledge in a variety of Building Maintenance elements
  • A time served tradesperson with a history in social housing would be advantageous
  • Full UK Driving Licence
