to join our dynamic Assets team. This is a mainly site-based role, visiting tenants' homes, working alongside contractors, and supporting surveying activities across Liverpool, St Helens, and Warrington.
As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services that ensure our properties are safe, well-maintained, and meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with colleagues, tenants, and contractors, bringing your technical expertise, proactive approach, and excellent communication skills to every project.
What You Will Be Doing:
Conduct a wide range of property surveys, including D2D, HHSRS, stock condition, forward planning, and asbestos validation surveys
Assess building conditions, identify defects, and propose appropriate repairs or adaptations
Design adaptations for tenants with disabilities and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
Prepare and manage contractor orders, including costing, prioritising, and monitoring performance
Lead tenant consultation and engagement to provide a positive customer experience
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Maintain accurate records in internal systems and support effective reporting
Promote and uphold health and safety standards on all sites
Support compliance with Homes England, Regulator of Social Housing guidance, and corporate policies
Seek opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency, and value for money
What We Are Looking For:
Level 4 qualification in Construction or equivalent building experience
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
Experience delivering responsive and planned maintenance, investment, and refurbishment schemes
Proven experience carrying out a range of property surveys (stock condition, HHSRS, asbestos validation)
Strong knowledge of contractor management and NHF Schedule of Rates
In-depth understanding of health and safety legislation relevant to property maintenance
High levels of IT literacy and ability to use digital tools for surveys and reporting
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Interview Process:
Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of a competency-based interview. Interviews will take place on Thursday 15th January 2026 at our Warrington office.
