We are seeking a dedicated
Repatriation Coordinator / Medical Escort
to join our London team. In this vital role, you will be the lifeline for citizens abroad, managing the complex logistics of bringing patients home safely and providing support during their most vulnerable moments.

What You Will Do:
Case Management:
Manage end-to-end repatriation cases, liaising with hospitals, insurers, families, and consular offices to ensure smooth transfers.
Logistical Coordination:
Arrange air ambulances, commercial stretcher flights, and ground transport, ensuring all medical clearances (MEDIF) are obtained.
Medical Liaison:
Communicate with medical teams to assess patient "fitness to fly" and translate medical reports for non-medical stakeholders.
Patient Escort:
Occasionally accompany patients during travel (depending on qualifications), providing reassurance and non-clinical support during transit.
Crisis Response:
Act as a calm point of contact during emergencies, troubleshooting flight delays or medical complications in real-time.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Previous experience in medical assistance, travel insurance, repatriation, or a clinical setting (Nurse/Paramedic) is highly preferred.
Communication:
Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in
Italian
is a significant advantage.
Resilience:
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.
Organization:
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize urgent tasks effectively.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work flexible hours when required by active cases or travel schedules.
