Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated stock replenishment assistant to join our team in a busy retail environment. Required to work 16-30 hours/week in our Saundersfoot Retail Outlet. It will involve some weekend work. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our inventory is well-stocked and organised, contributing to a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective time management, the ability to work collaboratively within a team, and the ability to use their initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Wage is applicable to the applicant's age.

Responsibilities

Help with opening and closing the shop. Monitor stock levels and identify products that require replenishment. Restock shelves and displays promptly to ensure product availability. Collaborate with team members to coordinate replenishment efforts effectively. Maintain an organised and tidy workspace. Assist in conducting regular inventory checks to track stock accuracy. Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers in locating products and answering queries.

Skills

Experience in a similar role or environment is preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Excellent communication skills. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
