An integral member of the Production Department, the role is to undertake the completion of InfoTrack Regulated Drainage & Water Searches, from a variety of data sources. You will be required to accurately input compiled data using a bespoke template to create a document called Regulated Drainage & Water Search, which is one of the reports a purchaser may require when buying a property. The successful candidate will also fulfil a variety of administrative roles contributing to the achievement of Key Performance Indicators within the Production Team.

esponsibilities (key tasks and requirements of the role)
Follow prearranged itinerary to drive to Water Authorities at set appointment times.
Visit relevant departments at Water Authorities and extract the necessary data required to compile components of Regulated Drainage and Water Searches. Where possible, input these details onto our system while on site.
Using websites, databases and documentation received direct from Water Authorities to extract pipe locations to compile a Regulated Drainage & Water Search, being mindful that attention to detail is vital at every stage.
To provide advice and assistance to other team members on technical matters relating to the RDWS product, and proactively finding solutions as issues arise.
