If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Reporter to join our Restaurant publication. The Apprentice Reporter will deliver daily news, respond to press releases and seek out exclusive stories to help build and engage our readership of restaurant owners, chefs, investors, buyers, senior managers and suppliers, from quick service restaurants, street food, and multi-site casual dining brands to fine dining restaurants.
Working closely with the Editor and Deputy Editor, the Apprentice Reporter will be enrolled onto an Apprenticeship programme where they are given time to study to become a fully-fledged, qualified journalist whist also gaining invaluable experience working in a dynamic B2B publishing environment. This role is suitable for budding journalists and those without formal training.
