Reporting Analyst

37.5 with hybrid working 2-3 days from home

Salary:

25-30k per annum depending on experience

About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, the Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support across the Trust and its subsidiaries, delivering high quality, timely, business critical analysis, developing and improving financial and non-financial reports.


The role requires a high level of numerical, technical skills and strong excel skills. We are looking for an individual with the curiosity and capability to use the wealth of data OSJCT has, to help build and maintain an analytical centre of excellence. This role will require active engagement with stakeholders across the entire Trust.

About you:

This role would be ideally suited to a graduate in a numeric or data-based subject - degrees in Finance, Maths, Economics or Business would be advantageous Looking to further or develop a career in an analytical field with previous experience in data analysis either in a placement or post-university Able to communicate information and ideas in a clear, concise manner Clear, logical analytical approach to problem-solving Excellent data validation and manipulation techniques - using Excel to an Advanced level, complex formulae (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.), pivot tables, linked workbooks and statistical analysis tools Sound business analysis and statistical analysis skills Seeks out opportunities to improve current processes and contributes ideas to continuously improve the quality of service provided by the function
