About The Role

As a Reporting Specialist at Boldyn Networks, you will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining reporting solutions that support multiple departments, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in all reporting processes. In addition to technical expertise, this role requires strong collaboration skills, as you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver impactful reporting solutions. Your ability to innovate and continuously improve reporting practices will position you as the go-to expert within the team.

What You'll Be DoingDesign, develop, and maintain a suite of regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders across various departments (e.g., finance, operations, service management, customers). Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, operational systems) to ensure data accuracy and consistency for reporting purposes. To apply Power BI knowledge, and other tools for continuous improvement and establish yourself as the go-to person for the team Analyse report data to identify trends, anomalies, and key insights, providing actionable recommendations to management. Collaborate with service and operations managers to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective report designs. Develop and implement data validation processes to ensure the reliability and integrity of reported information. Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Maintain documentation for all reporting procedures, definitions, and data sources. Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and dashboards. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in data reporting and analytics. Assist in the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards


What You'll BringProven experience in a reporting or data analysis role, preferably within a telecommunications, technology, or infrastructure environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, macros). Strong experience with reporting tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, SAP BusinessObjects). Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with project management software or ERP systems is a plus
