We are seeking a Reprographics Technician



Important Details:



Contract:

Permanent, part-time

Salary:

Grade 3, Scale Point 4 - 6, 25,185 - 25,989 pro rata (actual Pay 14,854.32- 15,673.12 per annum)

Working Pattern:

Monday - Friday, 24 hours a week, term time plus 1 week

Working Hours:

9.15am - 2.00pm

Pension:

Greater Manchester Pension Fund with employer contributions of 17.2%

Duties of the Reprographic Technician:



You will work independently to:

To provide a reprographics service to the school's staff and pupils for curriculum and administrative purposes. Prepare and maintain print and design resources, from inception to completion, with appropriate scheduling of tasks to meet deadlines. Proof read resources to ensure the quality of materials produced. Provide resources in the most cost-effective way.

The Reprographic Technician must:



Be able to operate multifunctional printing devices. Be able to create high quality resource on Microsoft and Adobe Creative packages. Have attention to detail. Be confident in quality assuring resources. Prepare documents in an efficient and economical way. Be willing to learn new skills.

Advantages but not essential:



Previous experience in printing and desktop publishing.
