HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD


Reporting to the General Foreman - Energetic Production, you will have the opportunity to oversee the maintenance and reliability of power generation equipment. Your primary duties will be:
Supervise the entire maintenance management system of the power plant department.
Develop and implement tools to maintain and improve the preventive maintenance program.
Conduct failure investigations, collaborate in the implementation of actions to improve the performance and safety of the Raglan Mine power generation network.
Participate in strategic planning concerning the development of the power production network.
Be responsible for the efficiency of the thermal heating system of the surface installations.
Follow the execution of the work sites and ensure the quality of the work.
Work closely with other maintenance sectors to standardize maintenance management practices.
Ensure compliance with current technical rules and standards.

PROFILE REQUIRED


Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automated production engineering or any other field deemed relevant.
Experience in industrial environments, including significant experience in industrial equipment maintenance.
Member of the Ordre des ingenieurs du Quebec (OIQ).
Leadership, rigor, autonomy, teamwork and priority management.
Valid driver's license.
