Pi Healthcare is seeking a Research Analyst to join our consultancy team. We're looking for a talented and driven individual with experience in qualitative and quantitative research who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.
In this role, you will collect, organise, and analyse stakeholder-specific market environment data to generate meaningful, actionable insights. The work involves a high degree of independent research, using search engines and trusted online sources to gather information and map the stakeholder landscape.
This is not a data analyst role and does not involve working with large data sets. Instead, the focus is on qualitative research, information gathering, and critical analysis to support strategic projects for our clients.
Duties & responsibilities will include:
*Source, collate & process market environment information via extensive desk-based research
*Take raw data and transform it into impactful analysis and visualisations
*Collect and interpret data on stakeholders, organisations, and healthcare market environments
*Attending and presenting at client meetings and client calls
*Working with the operations team to ensure successful project setup and delivery
*Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously and within a team
Additional Info:
*Pi Healthcare operate a 4-day working week
*Standard working hours are Monday - Thursday 08:30-17:30hrs
*Occasionally you may be asked to work additional hours or Fridays to meet project deadlines
Must be able to live and work in the UK
The role will be based in the Ilkley Office (West Yorkshire) and not
home based
To be considered as a Research Analyst, you will need:
*Degree preferably within healthcare or life science discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
*Communication and presentation skills to confidently present and discuss your insights and analysis
*Experience within research or analytics is a must
*Power Bi knowledge
*Note taking skills, preferably within OneNote
Personal skills:
*Exposure to the Microsoft Office suite of products
*Proven teamworking skills
*Numerical skills
*Time management skills
*Fluency in English required
