Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Research & Development Manager to lead our R&D team in driving the development of new products and enhancing existing offerings. Responsibilities

Lead and manage the R&D team, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals. Develop and implement research strategies that align with company objectives. Oversee the design, execution, and analysis of experiments to validate product concepts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance to ensure seamless product development. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on research findings for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout the research process. Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimise project outcomes.

Experience

A degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline; a postgraduate qualification is advantageous. Proven experience in a research and development role, preferably within a similar industry. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in data analysis software and research tools is desirable. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly. A collaborative mindset with experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
