Joining our Research and Development (R&D) Tax Relief Team

What does the R&D team do?

In our specialist R&D Tax Relief team you will help innovative businesses access valuable tax incentives. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates with a background in science, engineering, technology, or finance who want to combine technical knowledge with client-facing advisory work.



You'll work with a wide range of companies. from cutting-edge tech start-ups to established manufacturers, helping them identify qualifying R&D activities and prepare robust claims for HMRC. This role blends analytical thinking, technical writing, and strong interpersonal skills

Your responsibilities

Engage with clients to ensure their claim is submitted in a timely manner. Support in client meetings to understand a client's projects and identify eligible R&D activities Analyse technical and financial information to support tax relief claims Draft clear, detailed reports explaining complex concepts in a way that HMRC can understand Working closely with colleagues across different offices Contributing to client reports and presentations

Qualifications
