This is a 12-month secondment to Health Innovation West of England. Our purpose at Health Innovation West of England is to transform lives through innovation. We work in partnership with our local systems and stakeholders, to develop a rich pipeline of useful, evidence-based innovation and to support adoption and spread of proven innovation across the systems we serve.
The primary function of the Evaluation and Insights team is to advise on and deliver real-world evaluation of innovations to understand their impact on patients, staff and the health economy.
The key responsibility of the research evaluation practitioner is to provide evaluation support to a range of complex, high-profile projects and programmes, within the Health Innovation West of England's business plan.
The work will include collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data under the supervision of a more senior member of the evaluation and insights team.
We particularly welcome candidates with strong quantitative skills and an analytical background for this secondment, though we will consider candidates from both quantitative and qualitative backgrounds.
The post holder will support real-world evaluations which demonstrate the impact of innovation on systems, staff and patient experience and outcomes.
