About the role


------------------


You will be collecting, analysing, and presenting data throughout the study informing the intervention and app and contributing directly to the education/instructional videos contained within them. Therefore, you will be contributing to the development and refinement of a potential medical device that could become adopted into clinical practice, not just in the UK but globally.


What you would be doing


---------------------------


You will run the project day-to-day, supervised by the project lead and other senior team members, and with some help from another research assistant. This involves liaising with patients to arrange their (online) clinical trials visits, collecting, verifying and recording, and analysing, data, for example. You will also contribute to the intervention and app as discussed above.




What we are looking for


---------------------------


We are looking for a highly organised, driven, and dynamic individual who is a team worker, has a positive outlook, and is adaptable and flexible in their working methods. It is also essential that you are highly experienced in setting up continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy for patients with obstructive sleep apnoea and dealing with the technical difficulties that can arise with CPAP that can create barriers for adherence to therapy, and in the solutions that can be offered.
