We are looking for a Research Assistant to join a project on adolescent relationships and mental health. We are based at University College London (UCL), in the Research Department of Clinical, Educational and Health Psychology (CEHP), part of the Division of Psychology and Language Sciences, which ranked 2nd worldwide for Psychology in the latest Times Higher Education rankings by subject.
About the role
------------------
This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) fixed-term post for thirteen months. Together with the project leads Dr Patrizia Pezzoli and Professor Rochelle Burgess and collaborators, the Research Assistant will contribute to a mixed-methods school-based study examining the links between personality, mental health, and adolescent intimate relationships, with a particular focus on adolescent intimate partner violence risk.
This role is eligible for hybrid working (minimum 40% on site, Bloomsbury campus), with occasional travel to data collection sites.
A DBS clearance check will be required for this role.

About you
-------------
The candidate will hold a degree in psychology or a related field. They will have experience with quantitative and qualitative research and familiarity with relevant software. Experience working with young people or other vulnerable groups, alongside knowledge of ethical and safeguarding practices, is essential.
They will bring excellent organisational skills to coordinate project activities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, with the ability to liaise with schools and co-production groups, and to disseminate research to diverse audiences.
