Research Associate – Antibody Production

Job Description

Your responsibilities include the following:



Execute transient transfection experiments in mammalian cell systems (CHO, HEK293 etc.) Monitor cell growth and viability; maintain cell cultures under aseptic conditions Perform DNA preparations to generate high-quality plasmid material suitable for mammalian cell transfection Carry out basic antibody quantification and characterization (e.g., ELISA, SDS-PAGE, UV absorbance) Maintain detailed experimental records and contribute to documentation of results Coordinate with other teams to plan production based on reagent needs Support lab maintenance and ordering of consumables Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced research environment

Our expectations:



BSc or MSc in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field 2+ years of industrial hands-on lab experience with mammalian cell culture and protein expression preferred Familiarity with aseptic technique and basic analytical methods such as ELISA and SDS-PAGE Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new techniques Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic research team
