About the role




This role supports the development and delivery of an externally funded research project evaluating the Age Concern Carer's Service. You will lead on ethical approval processes, oversee initial engagement work, and take responsibility for data collection and analysis. The role also involves supporting the write-up of findings and producing both an evaluation report and a publication in a peer-reviewed journal. This role is for 2 hours per week, on a fixed-term contract of 20 months.

You bring experience in applied health research, particularly working with external stakeholders and third sector organisations. You are confident navigating ethical approval processes and managing research projects to time and target. Your knowledge of qualitative methodologies, strong communication skills, and attention to detail will be key to building effective partnerships and delivering high-quality research outputs.
