Recruitment Research Consultant: Responsibilities
Conducting thorough research to find potential candidates and interviewing to assess suitability
Supporting the wider team on associate and partner searches
Identifying top performers and talent pools in the industry Mapping the market landscape and analysing competitors Keeping databases up to date Managing CRM systems General office duties
Recruitment Research Consultant: Requirements
Impeccable academics; degree from a Top 40 university Excellent A Levels, ideally straight A's Legal knowledge (ideally commercial experience in Law) An innate hunger for success Excellent communication skills in both the spoken and written form
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
