more about the role and what we're looking for:







We are looking for an enthusiastic post-doctoral Scientist, Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineer with experience in signal processing and instrumentation; transducers and experimental testing in the kHz range of Acoustics and/or Vibration. The project involves the design and creation of experimental rigs for the processing of materials with ultrasound energy and potentially other energy vectors (heat, EM fields etc.).





Candidates are expected to have previous experience in designing experimental rigs in a laboratory setting.




Key Requirements:







The candidate needs to have extensive experience in:


deriving experimental designs and protocols; designing and building experimental rigs with appropriate transducers, signal processing and instrumentation; gathering experimental results and presenting data as part of regular reviews; demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
