Our Consulting Team comprises strategists, analysts, communicators, researchers, property professionals, and project managers working alongside our Planning and Architecture and Landscape teams to deliver a range of rural development outcomes.
Role Overview
The Research Executive role is responsible for undertaking desk-based and primary research tasks to develop evidence and insight related to client project work, business development, and marketing activity. This role involves working across all four service lines and contributing to high-quality client-ready reports and presentations.
Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary research and analysis of data and information to draw evidenced conclusions to inform client advice and marketing materials.
Contribute to high-quality client-ready reports and presentations, including drafting text, document editing, and proofreading.
Establish and manage a knowledge management system and associated databases to store information centrally and make it easily accessible to the wider team.
Create templates for collating research to establish efficiencies in collecting and presenting data and information to clients.
Identify market-leading sources of data and information and collate relevant data, statistics, and evidence from these sources.
Design and manage online surveys as required for client projects.
Develop and maintain client relationships, addressing client inquiries and upholding the highest standards of client care.
Own the project case study portfolio, CV library, and proposal and client deliverable library, ensuring they are continually updated and easily accessible.
Support business development activities and proactively engage in company-wide business development initiatives.
Contribute to marketing materials, including blogs, publications, and client newsletters.
Requirements
Highly organised, responsive, and able to work on own initiative with light touch supervision.
Excellent spoken and written business English.
Experience in research and analysis, database management, and project deliverables.
Ability to assist with the creation of marketing collateral and social media content.
Experience in the rural sector is highly desireable.
