About the role

Two posts are available. The post-holders will be key members of Dr Wittmann's team and will gain substantial experience and training by working on cutting-edge human cognitive computational neuroscience. You will collaborate with other researchers in designing and conducting research into human social cognition that is of an international standard, and that is carried out expertly, rigorously and in accordance with ethical guidelines. You will work with complex computational models of behaviour and neural dynamics, conduct functional magnetic resonance imaging experiments to identify the underlying neural computations and will need to show some independence in conducting your work. You are expected to contribute actively in the lab (e.g., during lab meetings), and be part of a thriving community of researchers working in related subject areas. The roles will involve working closely with other team members. The post-holders will be based at the Department of Experimental Psychology, 26 Bedford Way, London WC1N 3AR. Note that there is some flexibility around the proposed start dates for these posts, and earlier and later start dates can be discussed.
