Continuously assess and refine operational processes, introducing tools and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy. Manage contractors supporting product testing operations.

Data Management and Quality

Collect, clean, and organise large volumes of test-related data from various sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Maintain detailed documentation of test activities, participant feedback, and data sets. Adhere to the Product Score System guidelines to ensure accurate score generation and tracking compliance.

Collaboration and Compliance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Editorial, Research, and the Telegraph Panel, to ensure the timely execution of testing protocols. Ensure compliance with data privacy, product safety, and internal standards.
