37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day which includes an hour paid lunch break), hybrid working 2 days in office and 3 days from home, normal office hours 9.30am to 5pm

Role in a nutshell:
Working both independently and as part of a team you will be involved in every part of the research process from providing quotes and costed proposals to writing recruitment screeners and presenting insight reports to drive forward our clients' businesses. This is a client-facing role that requires confidence working with others (external and internal teams), an analytical mind, high attention to detail, and a can-do attitude!
Overview of role
Reporting to the Research Director, this is a client-facing researcher role, with responsibility for working on multiple projects at any one time
The Research Executive role is one that involves working with a high degree of independence; communicating with clients, responding to research briefs, project design and costing, analysis, interpretation and delivery
Internal and external project management - liaising with internal teams (Research/Data/Operations/Digital) to deliver research projects on time and within budget whilst also managing external client expectations and project suppliers
Responsibility to support others with workload, especially on larger, more complex projects lead by senior members of the research team
Support the development of the business through effective account management & identifying opportunities with existing clients as well as winning new clients
Engage with external parties to bring new thinking, tools and technologies in front of the business, champion new practices and lead by example
Your Experience
Market research related experience through your education (relevant subjects include Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, Social Science etc.), a past role or internship/work experience
Excellent project management skills with experience of managing multiple projects of varying sizes, budgets and complexities simultaneously to a consistently high standard
Strong analytical skills with a flair for data analytics and getting your head into the data and details
A basic understanding of methodologies - know your Max Diffs from your Turfs, your depth interviews from your vox pop!
High level of competency in Microsoft Office 365 - including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
A passion for creating excellent written reports and engaging presentations in a very good standard of English
