Researcher

We are seeking a passionate, tenacious results driven Researcher to work within our Business Development Team based in our head office in Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching new business sectors and projects relevant to the electrical distribution industry utilising a number of different platforms and in-house systems. As part of the team they will also work closely with our wider branch network.

Candidates should demonstrate the following skills:

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written. Attention to detail. Good organisational skills The ability to effectively seek out new business and report findings. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn. A proven track record of working under pressure as part of a team. Experience using and creating Microsoft office and excel spreadsheets. Insight to be able to identify and research emerging technology opportunities in the Electrical Industry. Proficient in utilising social media platforms

In 2016, we launched Dubai-based Cleveland Cable Trading FZCO to supply markets in the Middle East and Africa, taking our business truly global. Additionally, we own and operate Superlec Direct - an electrical wholesale, supplier and retail e-commerce website.
