Responsibilities

As a Junior Researcher, you will:

Conduct independent research aligned with Economics and Business Studies and Psychological and Learning Sciences fields. Develop high-impact research with the potential for publication in leading journals. Contribute to ERCL's strategic objectives by fostering international collaborations, particularly with UK institutions. Participate in grant applications and external funding opportunities. Submit at least two articles per year to high-ranking journals in relevant fields. Engage in activities that enhance ERCL's visibility within the UK academic ecosystem.
Eligibility Requirements

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

A PhD (completed in the past 10 years or near completion) from a top academic institution in relevant field. A solid track record of publications in high ranked journals appropriate to the length of professional experience. Experience or interest in contributing to research grant applications. Research interests aligned with Economics and Business Studies and Psychological and Learning Sciences. A collaborative mindset and commitment to building ERCL's academic presence in London.
