to join our busy hospitality team. Based at our Main Office at Bexhill but supporting our three luxury country parks in Sussex, you'll be part of a small and supportive team helping guests enjoy exceptional lodge holidays.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities



Manage and respond to guest bookings and enquiries via phone and email and our direct reservation system Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving. Coordinate and track add-on purchases (e.g. hampers, drinks) and ensure items are delivered to lodges before arrival Assist with scheduling staff rotas (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) Log and follow up on maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution Maintain accurate records of compliance testing, including: Hot tub water testing PAT testing (electrical appliances) Gas safety checks Fire alarm and fire safety documentation Act as First Aider and Fire Marshal for the parks (training can be provided) Operate multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication with clients and staff. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to enhance office management processes.

Qualifications



Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience in administration or hospitality (preferred) Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite including good working knowledge of

Microsoft Excel

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks. Demonstrated clerical experience with a focus on accuracy. Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in administration or hospitality (preferred) A team player with a can-do attitude Willingness to work weekends as part of a rota First Aid and Fire Marshal qualifications (or willingness to train)

Pay: 14.00 per hour
