Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest relations
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with sales inquiries and provide product information to customers
- Process sales orders and handle payment transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
