Full-Time Position (40 hours per week) - Work schedule varies, with shifts typically scheduled between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm.

We're looking for a enthusiastic Reservations Agent to become part of our Reservations team, delivering exceptional guest experiences every day.


Your Role in Our Family:

Answering internal and external calls in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. Processing and confirming guest reservations for all hotel services, including bedrooms, dining outlets, and spa appointments. Ensuring all guest bookings receive prompt same-day confirmation or cancellation correspondence. Handling guest inquiries via phone, letter, or email with accuracy, care, and attention to detail. Assisting guests with special requests to ensure a seamless and personalised booking experience. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all hotel services, promotions, and events to confidently upsell and maximise revenue opportunities. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction throughout the hotel. What would make you the perfect fit?

Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English. Previous experience in a hotel environment, preferably within a reservations or front office role. Working knowledge of Opera or similar reservation systems is highly advantageous. Strong ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours, including shifts, weekends, and bank holidays. Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service and exceeding expectations.
