Reservations Assistant Manager
to join our dedicated team.
Your role in our family:
Support the Reservations Manager in the daily running of the department
Help maximise occupancy and revenue through effective reservations management
Ensure a smooth and efficient booking experience for all guests
Lead and supervise the team in the absence of the Reservations Manager
Attend Head of Department meetings and contribute to hotel-wide goals
Uphold high service standards and support training and development of team members
Undertake Hotel Duty Manager shifts as required, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel.
What would make you the perfect fit?
2+ years' experience in hotel reservations or front office
Familiarity with booking systems/PMS (e.g., Opera preferred)
A highly organised approach with strong attention to detail
Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
A calm, solution-focused mindset under pressure
Confidence working with data, reports, Word, and Excel
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering seamless guest experiences
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
