We are looking for a proven Reservations Coordinator to join our hotel. This is a key role within our hotels.
You will be involved with creating rate plans, loading rates onto PMS, and working closely with the Reservation Manager to boost occupancy and achieve the room rate. To achieve this, you will liaise with internal centralised teams and external partners such as travel agents

Ideal Candidate
You will have a proven track record as a Reservation Coordinator within a hotel environment
Highly motivated and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
Commercial awareness
Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Financial systems) and numeracy
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experienced user of Opera and Microsoft Office preferred
A positive and engaging demeanour.
